Marketing Junior

We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Junior to support the execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, social media management, and brand-building initiatives. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Create and schedule content for social media, email marketing, and website updates
  • Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional assets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Help monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing activities
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communications
  • Support events, webinars, and partnership marketing initiatives where needed
  • Any other ad hoc assignments

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, internships included
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Basic understanding of content marketing, branding, and campaign execution
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or email marketing tools is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating social media or marketing content
  • Basic design or copywriting skills
  • Interest in technology, cybersecurity, insurance, or digital products
