Manager, Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and market penetration.
  • Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all marketing channels to ensure consistency and resonance with target audiences.
  • Product Launches: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product launch strategies, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising, to optimize brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Campaign Management: Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to promote products, drive sales, and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges in the consumer industry landscape.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize ROI on marketing investments.
  • Team Player: foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles within the financial services / IT / Adult Learning industry, with a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and industry trends in Singapore.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, social media management, and email marketing.
  • Creative mindset, with a passion for innovation and a drive to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
