Executive, RPA Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
  • Design and develop end-to-end RPA solutions, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and maintainability.
  • Create and maintain Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD) to document automation workflows.
  • Work closely with Internal teams (IT, Back Office) to integrate automation solutions with infrastructure, APIs, and access management.
  • Develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using RPA tools (UiPath is Preferred).
  • Follow RPA best practices, including robust bot design, exception handling, logging, and security compliance.
  • Optimize and debug automation scripts to ensure smooth execution and minimal failures.
  • Monitor bot performance, identify issues, and provide timely troubleshooting and support.
  • Train business users and stakeholders on automation usage and provide necessary documentation.
  • Stay updated with AI, OCR, and Machine Learning advancements and explore potential integrations to enhance automation capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in UiPath development.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand and evaluate complex business processes and define automation solutions.
  • Experience in RPA implementation best practices, including security, exception handling, and optimization.
  • Knowledge of API integrations, database operations, and workflow orchestration is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
