Project Manager (with Business Analyst)

We are looking for a driven and versatile Project Manager with a strong Business Analyst foundation to lead the delivery of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Delivery: Drive end-to-end project execution—develop plans, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Provide clear and regular updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify gaps, and define clear, actionable requirements. Prepare User Requirement Specifications and/or user stories, ensuring alignment and sign-off.
  • Solution Design & Functional Specifications: Translate business needs into practical solutions through functional designs, process flows, and user journeys. Work closely with UI/UX designers to bring ideas to life.
  • Quality & Testing Management: Oversee SIT, support UAT planning and execution, and ensure solutions are validated and production-ready.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project delivery.

Who You’ll Work With

  • Business Stakeholders & Leadership: Influence decisions, define needs, and provide strategic updates.
  • Development Team: Collaborate closely to ensure solutions are delivered as intended.
  • Compliance & Audit Teams: Ensure solutions meet regulatory and governance standards.
  • Information Security Officer: Safeguard system integrity and security in all implementations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Business Analytics, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in cross-functional environments.
  • Experience in securities trading or financial services is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools is required; exposure to AI-assisted development or coding is a plus
