As PhillipCapital expands our high net-worth business globally, we are looking for suitable candidates to join our Affluent Markets’ team in the development of our B2B Business and Client Acquisition of high net-worth individuals, EAMs and Family Offices, to provide and deliver a Total Wealth Management experience to new and existing clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Active acquisition of high affluent clients for both, local and offshore markets.
- Work closely with our global network offices and partners to develop prospects, network to identify referrals to new clients/prospects.
- Pro-active engagement and build good rapport with existing clients
- Providing support to new business requirements
- Assist the team in the creation of sales and marketing strategies, designed to generate revenue growth
- Develop sales strategies to draw in marketing partner or solicit new potential corporate client.
- Manage & fulfill business target of the team & supervision of relationship manager(s)
- Provide accurate and timely revenue tracking and deal pipeline reports and other relevant information to the team.
- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure the department as well as company’s goals and business targets are met.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating and communication skills (Ability to converse in Business Mandarin is an added advantage as candidate will be required to communicate and conduct business dealings with China)
- Minimum Degree in any relevant discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Preferably with pass in the CMFAS module(s) M5, 6, 6A, M8 and M8A
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent sales and people management skills
- Results driven with a strong focus on quality of service
- Ability to travel regionally, if required.
