No, the promotion is only eligible to Singapore Citizens, and Permanent Residents or foreigners/expatriates who hold a valid Employment Pass, Work Permit, Dependent Pass issued by Ministry of Manpower or Student Pass issued by Ministry of Education.

If you change the product you initially purchased after entering the campaign, you may still qualify for the Voucher rebate. However, eligibility for the Voucher rebate is based on the product purchased at the time of entry. Any downgrade, or replacement with a lower-value product will result in disqualification from the voucher rebate.

If you switch to a product of equal or greater value within the same category, your eligibility may be maintained, subject to review and approval by Phillip Investor Centre. Please contact us to confirm your eligibility in such cases.

No, if you cancel your purchase, your voucher rebate entitlement will be revoked. 

No, you can redeem multiple voucher rebates based on the number of qualifying products purchased, provided all conditions are met.

For example, if you purchased 2 qualifying plans, which consist of a S$40,000 Savings Plan (Single Premium Plan), and a S$15,000 Savings Plan (Regular Premium Plan). You will be entitled for S$200 (2 x s$100) eCapitaVoucher.

Qualifying customer(s) will receive an eligibility email sent to the email address linked to the POEMS account by 30 June 2025.
Yes, the eCapitaland voucher code has to be activated within 60 days from the date you received the email. PSPL will not be responsible for any expired voucher code(s).
You are required to have the CapitaStar App installed, click on the eCapitaland Voucher balance at the top of the screen, then click on ‘Accept Gift’. Enter the eCapitaland Voucher Activation Code (16 alphanumeric characters) and click on ‘Accept Gift’.
